RetireBridge and Rest of the Road

Rest of the Road is the website. RetireBridge is the project's plugin and portable plan-file name. They use the same retirement model code.

Continue a plugin scenario on the website

  1. Complete the available RetireBridge intake and review supplied values, assumptions and unknowns.
  2. Export a .retirebridge.json plan file to your device.
  3. Choose the file on the import page, review it, and keep a backup of any existing browser draft before opening it.
  4. Check every setup step on the website before using detailed results.

The website cannot read your chat or local files automatically. You choose the file; this browser import does not upload it.

See the project repository for code and release information. Local and hosted plugin editions have been prepared. Preparation and private installation do not establish a public directory listing. We do not claim public directory availability here.

Choose the data boundary deliberately

The website models and saves plans in this browser. The local plugin runs on your device. A hosted plugin processes supplied plan content on its server. Optional Road Guide voice sends audio and selected plan context to its providers when activated. Read the privacy details before choosing a workflow.

These workflows provide educational scenarios using simplified assumptions. Neither a chat explanation nor a modeled success percentage establishes that a financial decision is appropriate.
